IRIS IGNIS Pink Incense Holder

IRIS IGNIS transforms the design of our iconic flower into an incense holder.

Its pistil becomes a channel from which a mesmerizing stream of smoke escapes, whose hypnotic behavior you find yourself observing until you lose track of time. Over time, the resins and aromatic compounds present in the incense deposit an amber patina inside the pistil, reinforcing the living character of this piece. Its base, partly made of stone, gives it the density attributed to ritual objects.

Each piece is crafted in our workshop in France from a plant-based biopolymer derived from corn starch. Produced with great precision using 3D printing, this material reveals a surface finish halfway between iridescent fabric and blown glass.

Combined with true assembly expertise, this manufacturing technique makes it possible to create complex shapes while maintaining a high level of finish.

Produced in small batches, IRIS IGNIS requires several hours of work, during which the machine remains closely dependent on the human hand. Slight variations may thus appear throughout the process, ensuring each piece's uniqueness.
