8. WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. 9. DELIVERY:
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area (Europe). Deliveries are made by La Poste via the COLISSIMO delivery service with tracking and without signature for orders destined for France and European countries.
Delivery times are given for information only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
The seller will provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by e-mail within the days following their order.
The buyer is delivered to their home by their postman. In the event of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice from their postman, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest Post Office within a period indicated by the postal services.
Risks related to transport are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave the seller's premises. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days from delivery.
10. LIABILITY:
